Do I really need to go to the meetings?

Let's reword the question. The question is--


Billy Graham once gave an answer that could apply to our meetings.

Someone once asked him, "Dr. Graham, I think I can be a Christian without going to church. Don't you?"

Billy answered, "Of course you can. However, you can't be a GOOD Christian that way." He went on to explain that it's like a campfire with a number of logs burning brightly. Remove one of the logs from the fire and set it away from the others. Pretty soon the fire will start to die down. It will lose its glow without the help of the other logs, and it will eventually go out. A Christian who doesn't go to church is like that. An AmeriPlan® broker who does not go to the meetings and/or make the conference calls regularly will dry up.

Why would anyone ever want to stack the odds against him or herself?
That's exactly what you are doing when you don't go to the meetings. You are stacking the odds against yourself. You are moving away from your dream

If you live 40-70 miles of an AmeriPlan® Meeting location
   Attend at least 1 meeting a month, plus 2 conference calls a week.

OK, OK, so you don't like to go to meetings. You probably do a lot of things you don't particularly like to do.
